Several highly skilled business and faith-based coaches found themselves at odds with the direction of their company in Hong Kong. IXO partnered with Empower Asia to affirm their personal gifts and their approach to coaching young professionals. Empower Asia is not a subsidiary of IXO, nor do we have control of their operation. We have provided fiscal sponsorship for Empower Asia while they were seeking non-profit status in Hong Kong and continue to manage their US donations and Staff. M. of Empower Asia is as much an encouragement to us as we have been to him.

An IXO staff member has had a ministry connection with New Zealand for many years. In 2014, he first traveled to New Zealand on a business trip and the Lord has just opened doors for continued ministry ever since. Currently, IXO is helping create a center for rest and renewal in the wine country of the North Island.  The hope is that this center will support people from across the globe (as well as across Aoteaoroa) as they seek space to become who God has called them to be.   While IXO does not run or direct any aspect of their growing enterprise, we help make the system work from this end so they can do what they do best.
